Attempts to restore equilibrium to the mind & body & relax your body & release stress. Bring a small hand towel to place over your eyes. With Michael Norder.

Cardio for Wellness
A cardio focused class. In striving toward improved health, we need to remember to “work our hearts”. Steps will be modified to accommodate any level of recovery. With Claudia Welch.
Tuesdays • 9:30 – 10:15am
A graceful, slow & gentle exercise which improves balance and coordination as well as good physical and mental health and well-being. Anyone, old or young, strong or weak can benefit. With Les Krzcuk.

Relaxation & Visualization
Using well researched techniques; relax your body and mind while increasing awareness and recognizing and developing your own visual healing images.

Balance, inner calm, flexibility & strength; using a gentle approach and pose modification. We will practice breathing techniques, stretching & meditation with Efrat Pomeranitz or Sandra Ruckdaschel.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
In a supportive and welcoming environment, Maureen O’Connor or Sandra Ruckdaschel encourages students to move, breathe and observe sensations without attachment.

Reiki Energy Circle
Facilitated with Jovita Trani and Reiki Masters from the South Bay. In a group setting, learn to share and experience giving and receiving energy.
4th Friday • 12:30pm - 3pm
Writing for Wellness
This monthly program offers everyone affected by cancer, participants, family & friends ways to express themselves through writing. With Barbara Force.

Let the staff help you with your physical recovery from cancer. Their one-to-one attention will be well worth your time and effort.
